Final Fantasy IV

Reviewed By: Mystro

The World of Final Fantasy came to me thought this game, it was the first of all RPGs that I played that got me addicted. Final Fantasy IV is a true old school RPG and is still popular with the true die-hard game players.

Final Fantasy IV (Also known as Final Fantasy II, when re-released in the US) at the beginning starts you off as a loyal captain of the Red Wings. The game starts off with the main character flying in an airship going to get the one of the eight crystals that are throughout out the world. Upon returning to your King and giving him the crystal you are discharged from your position as Captain of the Red Wings.

This game is one of the best RPGs of its time and a game that you can really get into.

Storyline: 8

The storyline in this game is all scattered, not knowing what to do next, meeting new friends and making enemies. The story line goes from being a loyal warrior for a great kingdom to an outcast of the world because of your acts you had done in the past to being a great legendary warrior from the past.

Graphics: 8

The graphics in this game is good for the date that it came out. It shows the how good the graphic that Square had done in the past and for what they had to work with.

Music and Sound: 7.5

The Music and Sound were the greatest of its time and is still a great thing to listen to. Even though it is basic and simple the music goes great with storyline and gameplay.

Overall, this is a great game that is a must on all true RPG fan's lists!
