Founder(s) are the owners of the channel. They can set any rule or ban, and enforce general rules. They also manage the SOp and AOp lists. SOps are 'Super Operators'. They are one level up of the AOps as they have a few extra permissions and can grant/remove AOp permissions. AOps are 'Auto Operators' and act as normal ops.
